Education Committee

This Committee develops and delivers timely, high quality, and competency-based education to our members.

Business Partnership Committee

This Committee develops and maintains relationships with the Chapter’s local, regional and national business partners.

Bar Liaison Committee

This Committee serves as our Chapter’s liaison with the Alaska Bar Association and local bar associations to build lasting relationships with these organizations through joint programs and event Partnership.

Membership Committee

This Committee serves as our Chapter’s liaison with potential members by providing them with information about our Chapter and ALA.

Newsletter/Advertising Committee

This Committee produces our Chapter’s quarterly newsletter.

Nominating Committee

This Committee recruits a slate of candidates each spring for our annual election of officers.

Salary Survey Committee

This Committee conducts an annual survey of associate and staff salary and benefits in the Alaska legal community. The results are compiled by an independent consultant and made available to legal managers and employers.

Website Committee

Our website was created, and the content is monitored, by this Committee.
